Kotak Securities has appointed Jaideep Hansraj as its Managing Director & CEO, said the company press release. Jaideep has succeeded Kamlesh Rao.
Prior to this, Jaideep was CEO – Wealth Management and Priority Banking, Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Jaideep joined Kotak Mahindra Group in July 1993. In a short span of four years, he was elevated as Chief Executive of Kotak Mahindra International (a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Finance) in Dubai. In October 1999, Jaideep took over as the head of Kotak Securities’ private client division and in September 2004, Jaideep assumed charge as head of Kotak Wealth Management.
Kotak Securities manages assets under advisory of Rs.1283 crore in mutual funds.
